TC-SHC
Standard Series
Standard Hollow Core Series
General-purpose hollow core for commercial and residential door manufacturing. Designed to be used with 1/4" shop sawn veneers on both sides of the core.
The TC-SHC is TorsionCore's baseline hollow door core — engineered for consistent cell geometry, tight dimensional tolerances, and reliable face bonding across high-volume production runs. Available in 1-3/4" and 2-1/4" nominal thicknesses.

TC-ACS
Acoustic Series
Flush Core Veneer Series
This core matrix is designed to be covered on both sides with hot pressed veneers.
The TC-ACS uses a tighter, denser cell matrix to reduce airborne sound transmission across the full frequency range. Tested to ASTM E90 with STC ratings from 32 to 38 depending on door assembly configuration. Ideal for offices, healthcare, and hospitality.

Fire-Rated Series
Fire-Rated Core — 20 Min
UL Listed 20-minute fire-rated hollow door core for code-compliant assemblies.
The TC-FRC-20 is tested and listed to UL 10C Positive Pressure standards for 20-minute fire-rated door assemblies. Reinforced cell matrix and Type I adhesive bonding ensure performance under positive pressure fire conditions. UL Listed file maintained.

Custom Core - Design Your Own
UL Listed 45-minute fire-rated hollow door core for higher-rated assemblies.
The TC-FRC-45 extends fire protection to 45 minutes under UL 10C Positive Pressure test conditions. High-density reinforced cell construction and Type I adhesive bonding. Suitable for 45-minute rated openings in commercial and institutional construction.
